For this property a deposit of 1500€ is requested,which will be charged at the Virtual POS (card) at the time of check-in. and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00. PARTIES IN THE VILLA, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines.
In order to confirm your reservation we kindly request a 30% advance by transfer. This deposit will be refunded in full in the event of any COVID-related restriction preventing access to or use of the flat.
