Located East of Mount Etna and only a few minutes’ drive from Taormina and the sea, this stunning private villa is the ideal place for those seeking a relaxing holiday or even a workcation not too far from the beautiful sights of Sicily. The villa develops over 350 sq.m and two floors.

On the ground floor we find the first large living area with seamless floor to ceiling windows, furnished in a modern style with sofa, TV area, fireplace, dining room and kitchen. We also have one bathroom with shower, laundry area, one double bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and en-suite shower, two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and the sauna area.

The first floor is accessed from the outside only and there we find a second large living room overlooking the pool area, dining area and kitchen. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom and one separate bathroom with toilet and sink only.

Outside, the property offers expansive green gardens with a very large private swimming pool (21x8m; 0.8 -1.8m deep; open all year round) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. At the far end of the pool we have two large umbrellas forming a gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. On the first floor we find a large terrace also equipped with sun chairs and more seating.
