Consisting two side-by-side apartments with incredible views, Villa I Portici is an extraordinary retreat for family and friends alike. Set on the side of a hill with an outdoor tennis court and swimming pool on-site, there’s plenty to do, even if you don’t feel like venturing into the town of Loro Ciuffenna just 4km away. The tennis court also has lighting so you can play any time of day or night.



The pair of furnished loggias are a fantastic feature here, thanks especially to the excellent views across the valley, and over the tennis courts. Just around the corner is an outdoor barbeque and pizza oven. The interior is decorated with dark wood furnishings, with subtle artworks adorning the walls. The design is in a retro style, with high ceilings and terracotta floors, and the lounge areas both feature an open fireplace, a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table with chairs.

Our Thoughts

A perfect place to unwind away from home, Villa I Portici is a wonderful place to be, ideally positioned for admiring the views of the Tuscan hills, and for playing tennis against an extraordinary scenic backdrop. In each apartment, the pergola is a shady oasis where everyone can gather to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal made from fresh local produce. The interior is a pleasant and cool place to shelter from the sun, with a kitchen close to the main pergola which makes dining al fresco a breeze.

Although there are four bedrooms this property is limited to a maximum of 6 people due to the number of bathrooms available.

Pool

The pool at Villa I Portici is situated down a flight of stone steps beside the tennis court. It features a slide, sunloungers and parasols. A poolside shower stands beside the steps, and one side of the pool area is shielded by trees and hedges.
