Villa Estia is a stylish, seafront villa with a private pool and an outdoor hydromassage Jacuzzi, overlooking the crystal clear Cretan Sea and literally in a few steps to the organized beach.

It’s a one-storey villa (110 square meters) with 3 bedrooms, a cosy kitchen and dining room, spacious living room and 2 bathrooms.

The villa can accommodate 6 guests and a kid up to 3 years old. Three stylish decorated, airconditioned bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen size double beds (160х200) and one bedroom with large twin beds (90х200) – all the mattresses in the bedrooms are orthopedic. One of the bedrooms has got an access to a small terrace with a private yard with a lawn and mediterranean thuyas. The master bedroom has got an en-suite shower with wc. The family bathroom has bath tub with shower enclosure and wc.

The big bright living room with panoramic windows has a big sofa, armchairs, a big flat LCD TV, Hi-Fi stereo system, Wi-Fi coverage. The spacious full-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a big table are placed in an open plan area. The villa is bright and feels spacious thanks to big panoramic windows.

The private patio with a charcoal BBQ is created for deli breakfasts, lunches and diners.

One of many details that makes this villa exceptional is a spacious roof terrace with a fabulous Cretan Sea view that is created for either sunbathing and relaxing in a Jacuzzi during the day or quiet candlelight romantic meals in the evenings. As a plus the roof terrace has an outdoor stairs that means that you have your own opportunity to get your cocktails and beverages delivered from the nearest bar to you anytime in a safe and comfy way.

High modern, luxury standards and comfortable Villa Estia is the perfect choice for a family holiday or for an amazing time with friends. The nearest sandy beach with pebbles is organized within 10 meters from the villa. The seawater is crystal clear, shallow and warm and it is a marvellous combination for an opportunity for many hours of play and leisure.

The villa can be used as a base for visiting several beaches in the area: 25 km to the west coast beaches of Falassarna, Gramvousa and Balos, 45 km to south coast beaches of Elafonissi, Paleohora and Sougia

Villa Estia is a non-smoking property (indoors and out). It isn't suitable for smokers.

The access to some public places from the villa won’t be a problem either, Estia is located near to a minimarket and 3 family taverns with homemade dishes based on traditional recipes and local fresh products. There’s also a Kissamos town in 5 km from the villa, which is able to offer a larger variety of supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, ATM
If you are about to make a longer trip, in 30 km you can find truly unique venetian town – Chania, that is absolutely charming and worth discovering.
