Description

This holiday house, composed by the main house and 3 annexes, is situated in the old hamlet of Ensoli, once a farming estate with several stone-built farmhouses of the 17. century where you will still find antique architectural details such as the original windows and the house walls. Large equipped outdoor spaces with barbecue, garden furniture and children' games. On the large property you will also find the pool at the exclusive use of the guests. The house is situated in an isolated and tranquil position in the hills, at 500 m from a wood. In the small hamlet you can still feel the real atmosphere of the Chianti where the time seems to stand still. The next village of Montegonzi is at a 5 km distance while Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti are only 15 km away. We recommend a day trip to the famous cities of art such as Florence or Siena (both abt. 60 km) or to Panzano in Chianti famous for some culinary itineraries. The last 4 km access road are by means of a dirt track. The next train station is in Montevarchi (10 km), so you absolutely need a car during your stay. The hamlet itself, apart from a cattle rearing on the estate, also produces extra virgin olive oil, wine and chestnuts. The internal photos are just examples and do not show the real interior!
