The house is on two levels, tastefully furnished and surrounded by a private garden of 900 m², fully fenced and equipped with games for children, sunbeds and deck chairs to relax in the sun reading a book. The living area has a large living room with sofas and armchairs, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. From the first floor, via an external staircase, you can go down into the garden. Profit from the good location to visit the beautiful Val d'Orcia and the two equidistant Renaissance jewels Pienza and Montepulciano. For cycle tourism lovers there are many paths leading through villages and along which you can admire the landscape of Tuscany and taste typical culinary specialties of the area. The last 800 m of the access road are not paved.
