Brand new, stylish, welcoming and spacious, this villa with private pool is perfectly located in Agia Pelagia, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Thanks to its clever design, high quality furniture, beautiful outdoor and indoor space, this villa is set to impress. The villa can sleep up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms and fully air-conditioned interiors.

Inside, Villa Paradiso III is set over one floor and has been finished to the highest standard to provide an unforgettable holiday experience under the Cretan sun. There is a spacious lounge (double sofa bed, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table) and patio doors leading straight out to the pool terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a family shower room. For the comfort of our guests, the whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

Outside, Villa Paradiso III has a beautiful, private swimming pool surrounded by extensive terraces perfect for sunbathing, dining, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding area. The private pool measures 5m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. A modern awning provides shade when required. A poolside shower is also available. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a barbecue together with outdoor dining area are provided, for delicious meals under the Cretan stars. Private parking is available within the grounds.
