Description

A charming oasis in the middle of the nature and in close proximity to the village of Sencelles - this is how the inviting natural stone holiday home presents itself. It also lies close to another of our offered properties, the villa "Can Grau". A pretty, enclosed area receives guests in a friendly manner and immediately offers a view of the garden, which is marked by lawn- and terrace areas and harbours the highlight of the outdoor area at its core: the swimming pool. The 8 x 4 m pool is surrounded by an attractive lounge terrace and is very comfortably accessible via a set of stairs. Conveniently, an outdoor shower is available too. On the four available loungers, you can relax as you please in the Mediterranean light and perhaps simply savour the enjoyment that comes with doing absolutely nothing. The chilled furniture on the tastefully designed terrace invites you to indulge in a spot of extensive lounging, which is best done while enjoying a delicious drink. This attractive little spot is great for celebrating a culinary barbecue in the evening, savouring the regional delicacies perhaps freshly purchased on the same day.

The house itself is equipped with two double rooms, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining room. This room, open and central all at once, offers different possibilities for spending time here. A comfy sofa stands on one side, which is a wonderful spot for resting at any time of day. Should you wish, you can also let yourself be entertained by a film, as the flat screen TV with satellite connection is installed on the opposite wall. On cool evenings, the decorative fireplace can conjure up pleasant warmth and a particularly cosy atmosphere when called upon. The solid dining table right next door is excellent for indoor dining. The kitchen that can also be found here, loosely separated by a counter, is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis, and is spacious and practically designed. A kettle and a filter coffee machine form just part of the equipment. Two individually- and aesthetically decorated bedrooms form the basis for a deeply restorative night's sleep. Two beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, as well as one measuring 1.50 x 2.00 m, are available. The bathroom painted in light tones and boasts a modern design with good fittings. An iron and hair dryer are available in the house, so you do not need to worry about these taking up luggage space.

If you are in the mood for a city-and shopping trip, you can reach larger towns such as Inca in a no time at all. This happens to be a great place to buy shoes, as this town has a long tradition in all things leather and shoes. For a relaxing day at the beach, you can try the beautiful bay of Alcúdia or Playa del Muro, to give just two of many examples.
