It is a 200 meter house, with three bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed (1 double bedroom with an orthopedic mattress, a triple bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed or if required two singles). It is a quiet house (apart from the sounds of country birds and dogs) and good for children and even older people being located on the ground floor. The villa has a particular artistic atmosphere, but it is not a very luxurious but rather essential home. From the courtyard you can see the Etna volcano, the sea and fruit trees. You can enjoy a nice patio with a barbecue area and a hammock. On the side there is parking for up to 3 cars. We will try to give you all the advice to make your stay pleasant. Our villa is located in the residential part of Reggio Calabria, Southern Italy + -15km from the center and 10 minutes drive from the airport. (1,30 hour from Lamezia Terme airport and 2,30 hours from Catania) The villa is situated on a hill 600 meters from the sea (10 minutes walk from the beach downhill) but it is necessary to have a car to be comfortable . You can do many beautiful hikes and have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Calabrian coast and at the same time see the beautiful mountains that are only a half hour drive from home (Aspromonte Natural Park). Sicily Messina can be reached in 30-40min by taking the ferry from Villa S Giovani. Reggio Calabria is famous for its promenade with incredible vegetation from all over the world and a pleasant historic center in liberty style. During the summer there are many concerts and various activities. The main cultural attraction is the National Archaeological Museum, where you can admire the splendid Riace Bronzes and the largest collection of Greek colonial art.
