Our beautiful three bedrooms​ Villa is set in the mountains above the town of ancient Roman town of Termini Immerse on the North Coast of Sicily between Palermo and Cefalu. We are close to the historic mountain town of Caccamo with its famous Norman castle (one of the best in Sicily), historic churches, bars, cafes, restaurants, and narrow cobbled streets.

The villa is set on the side of a hill surrounded by olive trees. A large swimming pool 10m x 4m with Jacuzzi and contra flow is mere steps from the large covered sun terrace. Our other shaded areas are also fully furnished with loungers and sun seats, from which to drink in the wonderful panorama. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor sharing a deluxe, professional fitted bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, and basin. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, it has direct access to a further bathroom with a large shower with grab rail, washing machine, toilet, and basin. This bathroom can also be accessed through its own private door. The main first-floor bedroom has access to a balcony and offers spectacular views sweeping down the valley to the sea.

Our covered outside kitchen area has its own hob, oven, bbq and even comes complete with a coffee maker! It is perfect for cooking all your Sicilian meals. The inside kitchen is also fully fitted and is complete with a dishwasher, microwave, food processor two fridges and a freezer, perfect if you feel like some home cooking. There are ample utensils, cutlery, crockery, glass and plastic glasses for around the pool together with a number spices (should you wish to be more adventuresome!) The villa has ample parking for several cars, all secure behind the electric gates.

Our ground floor is ventilated by large Viper ceiling fans, which keep the house very cool. Upstairs bedrooms have shutters and are also fully fitted with their own ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and is fully fitted. The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds (which can be put together to make a 6 ft bed), and has access to the rear of the house. This is our ‘Home from Home’ and we would like it to be yours too.

Beaches are provided by Campofelice, 20 minutes drive and the beautiful seaside resort of Cefalu, 30 minutes with its many lidos, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
Sicily’s capital city, Historic and culturally rich Palermo, is approximately 45 minutes by car or, why not take the train from Termini Immerse? There, is a wealth of hidden treasures to be found, ancient street markets, beautiful churches, and its own wonderful opera house. And If you like markets, there is also a weekly market in Termini Immerse which is great for fresh products.
