Description

The villa is located in the area of Chiesa Vecchia in Lipari, one of the most suggestive panoramic place in Sicily and in Aeolian Islands. Set in the North of Lipari, in the hamlet of Quattropani, the house offers to its guests a unique view of an uncontaminated sea, with Panarea and Stomboli on its background… an enchanting setting you will never forget!
A mystic place, surrounded by nature, characterized by silence and peace. During the clearer days you will think to almost touch Panarea, while Stromboli could give you excting unespected eruptions and fireworks at night.
Walking through a short path (60 metres), just 200 metres far from the villa, you will get to the Sanctuary of the Chiesa Vecchia, may built in 1588. The building is characterized by a bright white among the blue of the sea and of the sky. From here, especially at sunset, it is possible to admire one of the most beautiful landscape which embraces all islands of the archipelago, but Volcano; so it is possible to see Alicudi, Filicudi, Salina, Panarea and Stromboli, from the left to the right side.
The house has about 7000 squared-metres of private backyard in a typical Aeolian style, with particular plants around the big terraces and the relaxing spots.
The inside area is about 120 sq and it is organized as follow: one bigger apartment upstairs, furnished with one double bedroom with air-conditioning, one bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen and a wide panoramic terrace equipped with deck-chairs and sun-chairs for your relaxing moments.
There are two separated dependances downstairs, equally made up of: living room with little kitchen furnished with sofa-bed for 1 person, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The villa is also equipped with TV sat of 32 inches, washing machine, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, hair-dryer, linens and bath towels, outdoor shower.
It is possible to rent scooters, cars, boats.
Moreover, the villa is located in a popular trekking route, which runs from Chiesa Vecchia to Acqua Calda and close to another trekking path of Cave di Caolino.
This villa is the perfect place for your dreamy holiday! Imagine to wake up in the morning, go to the veranda and enjoy the sound of nature, a soft breeze, an amazing landscape... close your eyes and forget your city stress! Here you will find the right atmosphere.

PARKING: It is possible to park on the street near the path leading to the villa.
Since the streets in Lipari, as all the streets in islands like this, are narrow, we suggest our guests to rent little cars.

INTERNET (Free WiFi): the WiFi connection is provided through a movable device to solve any inconvenience in case of poor receptivity, because of the morphological characteristics of the area where the villa is located. If this happens, you can move the mobile router inside the villa or take it with you even outside the house.
