Your holiday house is situated directly on the beach, at 30 m only from the sea, in the south-eastern part of Sicily in a residential area on the coast between Donnalucata and Cava d'Aliga. The position of this holiday accommodation is ideal both for your beach holiday under the Mediterranean sun and for your excursions to the most important baroque towns in the area around Ragusa as Cicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. Private outdoor space (150 m2) with direct access onto the beautiful, large beach. In the entrance area you will find a covered terrace for your outdoor meals, whilst a sun terrace (30 m2) is situated on the upper floor. Barbecue. Simple furniture. Parking in front of the house. Distances: 1,5 km (alimentary shops and supermarket), 4,5 km Donnalucata (various shops), 30 km Ragusa Ibla, 39 km Comiso (airport), 50 km Noto, 52 km the natural reserve of Vendicari, 84 km Syracuse, 135 km Catania (airport). On the ground-floor you will find the covered and equipped terrace (15m2) in the entrance area, the living-/dining room with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, microwave), two double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower. With access from the garden only: small external bathroom with shower.
