Villa Minoeiro is a spacious and homely villa situated in the region of Loule. This villa can sleep up to fourteen guests and provides a perfect place for large groups to relax and unwind.

Upon entering the villa, you will be blown away with the amount of space your guests will have. The large living and dining area provides a perfect place to socialise as there are comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace and access onto the terrace. What's lovely about this, is that you can watch the sunset or rise from the comfortable living space, which is even better as you and your guests can sit around the dining table, after a fantastic dinner enjoying the views from here. The dining table has enough seats for fourteen people, and there is a further dining area in the kitchen that four guests. The kitchen is separate and is fully equipped, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a toaster and a coffee machine providing everything you need for a lovely night in.

This villa has six bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms while the remaining two share a family bathroom. There is also a further shower room downstairs for further comfort. Of the bedrooms, there are three twin bedrooms, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a further bedroom with a bunk bed, pull-out bed and sofa bed that would be a great hang out for any children in the group.

There is ample outdoor space to be enjoyed at Villa Minoeiro. There is a spacious lawned garden with private swimming pool and sun loungers. For those nights that you don't fancy venturing out of the villa, a brick barbecue is available free of charge for you to use at your leisure.

#### Location
This villa is situated in between Faro and Albufeira in the region of Loule. Villa Minoeiro sits on a closed plot on a hillside providing you with some fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. This region is famous for its castle, and medieval ramparts so is a must-see for all of your guests.

The marina of Vilamoura is approximately 10km from the villa and offers a number of things to do, see and eat. Moreover, there is a waterpark within 5km of the villa, so it may be worth hiring a car to reach these different activities and amenities a little easier; especially because the surrounding area is so beautiful, it would be a great day out driving and exploring to see what this region has to offer. The sandy beach and beautiful sea at Vilamoura provides a glorious day out if you would like a day away from the villa, especially as the sea provides a lot of opportunities for various water sports.

There is a shopping area not far from the villa so you can grab the necessities to be able to cook some great food in the large kitchen for all of your guests, and then enjoy the comfort of Villa Minoeiro in the evening sun. Furthermore, the centre of Loule is a short drive away, which also has many shopping opportunities and public transport, including a bus stop and a train.

Villa Minoeiro is in a great location, as necessities are easily accessible and an abundance of activities and things to see are close to the villa.
