The cottage also has a ground-floor bathroom, first-floor kitchen/diner and a first-floor sitting room. Outside is a terraced area with seating, as well as patio and balcony with seating being on the first floor. There is also ample off-road parking. Ash Tree House is a beautiful abode to base a family escape to Devon.
