Lovely 4-bed Villa Near Granada

Travel to Granada and discover this charming, cosy villa that's full of character. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life.

We are in a beautiful rural area, perfect for walking, cycling and quiet relaxation. We are close to Lake Bermejales where you can enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming in the clear waters beneath the mountains.

We have delightful pubs in the village where you can enjoy great Andalucian tapas and beautiful food. There is a rich history in the area and you can walk to the Roman Bridge on the Cacin Gorge and also visit many other historical sites in the area, such as our local town, Alhama de Granada.

The Villa has an outdoor private swimming pool set in our beautiful private garden, with lots of sunbathing and shaded spaces. Our large lounge has a big wood fire to keep you cosy and a new Smart television, so you can connect to your favourite channels. We are located on the edge of the village with plenty of parking outside.

We provide a barbecue, paella stand and an outdoor wood stove so you can enjoy long evenings, cooking outside and enjoying the dark skies filled with stars.
Oh, and we're pet-friendly too!

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has two fridges, two freezers, a gas hob, an electric oven, , a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a powerful blender, stovetop coffee makers, cafetieres and all the equipment and dishes you need.

Internet access is via fibre and has good speeds.

The Villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 11.
In Bedroom 1, you will find a single bed and a zip and link bed.
In Bedroom 2, there is a single bed and a zip and link bed.
The third bedroom contains a single bed and a bunk (sleeps 2) bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed.
There is additional sleeping space in the villa, comprising a double sofa bed in the large lounge.

You can choose to have Bedrooms 1 and 2 set up as a king-size bed plus upper bunk or one single and a bunk bed (sleeps 2). You can choose to have the sofa-bed in the lounge set up as a double. It is good quality and comfortable. Wardrobes are provided for the sofa-bed occupants.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The upstairs bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is en-suite with Bedroom 3 and has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor.

Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

We speak Spanish and English.

- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
