The house has 4 ensuit bedrooms -2 in each floor- with walking shower and each bedroom has its own private balcony with view over the garden-forest and the sea. (Two bedrooms with double bed, one with double and a bunk, one with double and single). All floors are served by elevator. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining area and a large kitchen. All rooms are washed with natural daylight with big bay windows with seaview.Total house 250m2. Apart from the in-house dining area you will find marvellous big dining area outside the kitchen overlooking the garden and the sea. Any time of the day you can enjoy the garden either by having your coffee or a drink underneath an olive tree or by relaxing on a sun bed on our almost private sand beach by the sea. The house is in a unique location in a small gulf surounded by forest, with amazing sea view to island Diaporos, but on the other hand close to villages and markets. The mediteranean nature with the flavors of pinetrees and local herb plants like oregano, mint, sage and thym from the garden will make your summer unforgetable. There is also an organic vegetable garden in the backyard waiting for you to taste summer vegetables such as tomatoes,eggplands and pepers among basil plants. This is the perfect house to relax and enjoy sea, explore nature and local food but also visit amazing beaches and beach bars, try sea sports or drive a boat for a sea adventure.
