The second bathroom, a separate toilet and built-in closets are also located on this floor.

Upstairs there is a large fully fitted kitchen separated from the open plan ocean view lounge & dining room which contains a fireplace, marble floor and adjacent spacious terraces overlooking the sea. A third toilet and the cloakroom are located on this floor as well.

There are three terraces in total: one at pool and garden level with built-in BBQ, the other larger terrace overlooking the pool with stunning views of the ocean is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining and the third a cozy one next to the dining area for relaxing on the windy days. Behind the villa there is a spacious back garden and parking space.

There is a brand-new separate garden studio in the back of the property. It has two bedrooms which are separated by a bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double or king bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed which sleeps two persons.

Salema's wide sandy Blue Flag beach offers safe bathing where beach loungers with umbrellas and cabanas can be hired and a massage can be enjoyed. In the village there are small supermarkets and there are several fantastic local restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa.
