Beningborough is a lovely detached cottage in Middleham. With four en-suite zip/link double bedrooms, and two single sofa beds, it sleeps ten people comfortably. The cottage also offers a first floor kitchen with dining area and comfy seating, a summer room, a first floor sitting room with woodburner, ground floor sitting room and a utility. Outside, there is a lovely garden and ample off road parking. Beningborough is a wonderful base for a family getaway in the Dales.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 6 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs only inc. in rent for stove from start of October to end of March. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Spacious gardens and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: Only logs are provided for the stove from October to March. Firelighters and kindling can be purchased locally. Outside of these months guests must provide their own logs, firelighters and kindling. Note: No stag/hen. Note: Logs will be provided between November 2020 and March 2021. This property sleeps 10, however party size should be 8 adults and 2 children. Please Note - Due to the new Government legislation the price of this property has been reduced to accommodate smaller groups in line with the Rule of 6 regulations, as such, only 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms will be available at the reduced price for dates 30/10/2020 - 11/12/2020, the extra 4th bedroom /ensuite is available at an extra charge
