The villa "Neptunus" is surrounded by a beautiful garden with manicured lawns and palm trees, which invites you to relax and sunbathe. A gate leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water. Only 8 kilometers away are the beaches of Chia, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia. Restaurants and shops are abundant in Pula, the island's capital Cagliari with its airport is about 35 km away.

The decor of the "Villa Neptunus" is modern and tasteful. Bright colors create a light and airy atmosphere. There are 4 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed. Thus, the house can accommodate up to eight people. Amenities such as air conditioning, DVD player and satellite TV complete the holiday comforts. Upstairs there is a balcony with stunning sea views, the bedrooms also offer some panoramic views.

Outside, the spacious terrace invites you to relax and eat al fresco. For cozy barbecues a brick barbecue is available.
