Description

This unique villa is on a hill, overlooking the sea between the mainland and the island of Evia, with its own private swimming pool, basketball / tennis court, parking and barbecue. As the neighbouring properties are at a distance from one another, this is an ideal location for anyone wishing to enjoy a romantic and peaceful getaway and for larger groups wishing to unwind in a secluded environment. The small fishing village of Theologos (20 mins on foot, 5 mins by car), offers in addition to the local shops (supermarket, bakeries, fishmongers, chemist, patisseries etc) a variety of traditional, Greek tavernas, cafes and small bars and clubs. The local open air cinema screens all the latest blockbusters in July and August. In the larger village of Malessina (20 mins by car) there is a farmers market every Saturday as well as many more shops and banks. The area is mostly farmland with extensive olive groves and vineyards. The many beautiful beaches are easily accessible by car and are very close by. Athens and many historical and archaelogical sites can be visited as short day trips.
