Casa Capannina is a light airy and spacious detached holiday property, with private pool, set in the midst of the countryside, with stunning views and a real feeling of peace.

Whilst a property with a modern feel, there is a feeling of tradition with upstairs having vaulted beamed ceilings, fireplace, exposed stonework, and a wonderful covered terrace. The property is well equipped, and the kitchen has all mod cons - oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc..

There is a large enclosed, private, well kept garden overflowing with flowers, and well equipped, with at least three al fresco eating areas - a large covered terrace, an enormous uncovered terrace, gazebo, and two BBQ, as well as a tree covered area with picnic table.

For relaxing, there are the good quality sunbeds around the large private pool (6 m x 12 m), recliners and of course a hammock.


Fuller details of house: Enter house via large uncovered terrace, into large living room with fireplace and arch vaulted beamed ceilings.
From the living room one finds the kitchen diner, with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table. A modern kitchen but given a traditional feel with the beamed ceiling.
Also from living area, there is a light and spacious upstairs shower room.
The living area also leads out onto large covered terrace perfect for those cooler nights, and also offering shade for mid day eating. The terrace overlooks the garden and pool, with views of uninterrupted countryside.
Downstairs there are 2 spacious double bedrooms and a twin room, which has the benefit of an en-suite shower room. There is a further shower room downstairs, with hydro-massage shower. The washing machine is also kept here. There is a large entrance hall with double doors leading out to garden. This entrance hall area houses the sofa bed, so one can use the bed, and not disturb upstairs.
