VILLA LOBRA is a gorgeous two-storey villa for 6 people, located just a short distance from the centre of Massa Lubrense. You’ll enjoy a stunning view of the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrento Peninsula and the fishing village of Marina della Lobra from the villa. Villa Lobra is around 150 square metres in size and features private parking, a private garden with ornamental plants, furnished terraces, a barbecue area and wood-fired oven, above-ground private swimming pool, sundeck and Wi-Fi.

Villa Lobra is located about two kilometres from the centre of Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find shops, restaurants and public transport links, and it’s completely immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation of olive, lemon and carob trees. Whether by public transport or by car, it’ll take you just 10 minutes or less to reach some typical and prestigious places such as Nerano, Sorrento or Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. A path leads to the fishing harbour, 600 metres away, known as Marina Della Lobra, where you’ll be able to swim in clear water, snorkel, rent boats and then relax in one of the local restaurants or small bars.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Lobra, but if you come by car, you will be able to park in the villa’s parking area, which is suitable for two cars.
There are 35 steps up from the parking area to the villa.
THE FIRST TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs and includes a barbecue area and wood-fired oven. You’ll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea from here.
THE SECOND TERRACE is furnished with tables and chairs. You’ll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea from here.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is above ground and measures 6 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1.40 metres deep. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. You’ll be able to enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea from here. The pool is available from 15 April until 30 October.
THE PRIVATE SUNDECK is furnished with a table, chairs, an outdoor shower, a bar area and sun loungers. You’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples from the sundeck.
GROUND FLOOR
THE LOUNGE is large and bright and contains a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a fireplace, sofas and armchairs. You’ll have access through a French window onto the first terrace with sea view from the lounge.
THE KITCHEN is equipped with a four-hob gas stove, a microwave, an electric oven, a toaster, a kettle, a moka coffee pot, a fridge with freezer and other small appliances. You’ll be able to access the first terrace through a French window from the kitchen.
THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. You will also find here a washing machine, iron and ironing board available for you to use.
UPPER FLOOR (up an internal staircase of 16 steps)
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a fan. You’ll have access to a balcony with sea view from the lounge. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and a fan. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains two single beds and a fan. You’ll have access to the second terrace through a French window from the bedroom. You access the bedroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, bidet, toilet and bathtub. You access the bathroom from the corridor.

Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
