The pool is not far from the villa, measuring 14 metres by 5 with a depth of 0.8-1.5 m, externally paved in stone and complete with beach umbrellas and chairs as well as an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor “living room” in the shaded gazebo which, alongside a characteristic tuff cellar by the pool, create a great space for coffee breaks and appetizers. A separate small living space with fireplace and cooking area rounds up this floor. An outdoor staircase leads to the upper floor, with 3 double bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and two small dining rooms with cooking area and fireplace on two separate sides of the house, one leading to a large furnished panoramic terrace where guests can admire splendid sunsets, the other leading to a smaller terrace with a round table and wrought iron chairs.
