The main bedroom is situated on the ground floor and opens to the patio and pool, whilst the remaining 2 double bedrooms both open to the upstairs patio. The Villa is orientated to take advantage of the uninterrupted coastal views, cooling sea breezes and the magnificent sunsets.
Sunset Villa is less than 2 minutes drive to the crystal clear waters that lap the edges of variety of beautiful beaches. Fresh supplies are available at the 2 well stocked supermarkets plus an excellent bakery are on your doorstep in Stoupa & Agios Nikolaos. Enjoy the wide selection of delicious Greek regional cuisine at the many excellent Tavernas and fish restaurants nearby.
If you are a serious photographer, you will of course enjoy the sunsets.

The 2 remaining double bedrooms open to the upstairs patio, and can be converted to King size beds for couples holidaying together. All 3 bedrooms enjoy the spectacular sea views. Both bathrooms are well fitted, with plenty of storage space for all your toiletries and sun products. The dining room and kitchen are furnished to high standard with everything your family needs. Indoors: Sunset Villa is equipped with a fireplace for winter, TV with DVD player, books and games. The lounge comfortably seats 6. The furnishings are new and modern. Open plan kitchen with under counter oven, hob & extractor hood, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. New crockery & glassware, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee machine, and a toaster. The dining area has a large square table that seats 8. All rooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom is downstairs with an Extra - length king size bed, where you can sit up in the morning with your cup of tea and enjoy views of the sea through the double doors which open to the pool and patio. Upstairs the remaining 2 bedrooms each have 2 X length single beds which convert to a king size, double doors that open onto the shared view terrace. 1 downstairs bathroom with a bath, toilet & vanity unit. 1 upstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet & vanity unit. The washing machine, iron, ironing board are discreetly housed behind a door in the downstairs bathroom.

Outdoors: Sunset Villa has a beautiful private 'infinity' pool with rim flow edge, which seems to flow into the sea! Even so, a variety of sandy beaches are less than 2km away. Tavernas serving local cuisine are also nearby. The surrounding garden in newly planted with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. The spacious veranda stretches across the front of the villa and has a large table with a big umbrella, where you can enjoy your meals outside or just relax. You can sit and enjoy your morning coffee here, or on the upstairs patio, whilst watching the new morning emerge, or witnessing a variety of breathtaking sunsets! The villa benefits from the cooling summer breezes..

Hurray! A new road!: We now have a new tarred road leading from the main coastal road to our villa, which was laid by the municipality at the end of the 2009 season. Previous guests commented that the road to our villa was difficult, but now we are happy to say that this is a thing of the past!
Although a car is recommended, the road makes for smoother driving access and an easier walk to Aghios Nikolaos should you desire it.
