Three individual charming, rustic stone villas, with a super location, overlooking Sivota bay and beyond! Each of these villas are comprised of an open planned kitchen, dining/ living area with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, a full en-suite bathroom and a full bathroom. Each villa has its own private pool, outdoor space, furnishings and parking space.
Of the three villas, 'Villa Amit' is a gorgeous rustic villa! The main entrance of this villa leads straight into the living/dining and kitchen area. A taste of true, rustic decor combined with functionality to make your stay a very pleasant one! The kitchen is fully equipped so you can whip up your meals with ease and enjoy eating at the dining table off the kitchen or outdoors while taking in that stunning, spectacular view! To the right of the entrance is the living area with a fireplace and a 43' smart TV. There is also WiFi throughout the villa. The sofa in the living area also opens out into a double bed, accommodating two extra people. Off the kitchen is a staircase leading up to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms, one of which has a full en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor patio area, while the other bedroom has a veranda also leading to the patio area. There is also a full bathroom on this floor.
'Villa Mia' has its own private pool for its guests with sunbeds for relaxation or simply soaking up the sun , surrounded by a stone patio area dipped in flourishing plants and colourful flowers while enjoying the unique view of this superb location! There is also an outdoor table and chairs off the main entrance to 'Villa Mia' for convenient dining or perhaps just sipping that chilled glass of wine while simply enjoying life in paradise! Villa Mia also has parking space for up to two vehicles.

Upon arrival, the driveway to this villa complex ( which comprises of three individual private villas ) leads directly to a private bar ( used solely for our villa guests ) and to an amazing 'look out' area with tables and chairs where you will be utterly astonished by the breath taking view overlooking the bay of Sivota, the surrounding 'villa dotted' hills and the endless blue! What a fabulous way to begin this memorable holiday!! A drink in the hand overlooking this splendour.

Sivota bay is super popular with yachties as the village is built around this natural harbour. A gem well worth discovering!!
There are hills located amphitheatrically around the harbour, dotted with luxurious villas giving this village a flair of opulence.
Around the harbour our guests will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are also convenient stores such as super markets, bakeries, souvenir shops for that last minute shopping and an ATM machine.

Our guests are absolutely free to make any queries they wish regarding their stay. We are more than willing to recommend recreational activities to do, concierge services, rentals both car and boat, where to go and what to see. We will be more than happy to be of assistance.
