Villa Piaggia, is a beautiful property with an unusual long shape, made of ancient stones and is situated in the heart of the estate. The villa can easily accommodate up to 17 people and has every sort of comfort on needs while on holiday.

The villa boasts a big garden with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. A stone staircase leads to the swimming pool which is surrounded by a big grass area, an ideal space for children to play in while you just relax in the pool. Close to the pool is a big loggia, the perfect place to eat outside and to relax and entertain.
Villa Piaggia is an authentic but luxurious property, whether you want a big family holiday or a friendly gathering, the villa can accommodate all sorts of guests and will make sure your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

#### Features
On the ground floor guests will find a main sitting room which is connect to the billiards room, library and a downstairs bedroom with an en suite. On the other side of the ground floor there is another entrance that leads to a large dining room, a hunting hall with a huge fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen and a downstairs bathroom.

The first floor contains the rest of the bedrooms: seven double rooms and one single room with a French bed, all with en suite bathrooms with wonderful views of the wonderful surroundings and the garden. A big stone staircase, located in the main entrance hall, leads to the first floor, where a long corridor connects all the bedrooms. On the left side, one will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, a private living-room with balcony overlooking the garden and a private bathroom with shower. Next to the master bedroom, there are 2 rooms with twin beds, each with their own private bathroom with shower, then 2 double rooms with private bathroom with shower and the single room with a French bed and a huge Carrara marble bathroom with shower. On the other side guests will find a double room with a big bathroom and another double room with a huge bathroom with shower.
