Guests enjoy the accommodation here (in a Tuscany style) and the various facilities. For lovers of fishing: within 500m is the river Cecnia. In the surrounding you will find the typical village Montescudaio and its little restaurants. Easily reachable: sand beaches (the"Spiagge Bianche") within 10 min. drive, Volterra and S.Gimignano 30 min., Firenze and Siena located within less than an hours drive!

This 2-bedroom farmhouse in Montescudaio is close to the Tuscan coast and perfect for a family or a group of 6 persons. It has a shared swimming pool with sun-loungers and parasols for an exotic holiday. Montescudaio is a medieval town from the 11th century on the first coastal hills that rise from the Cecina seashore. It is famous for its rich history, its unconditional loyalty, excellent red and white wines, and its thermal baths in sulfur waters. To dine out, restaurants are only 1 km away. A little farther, at 3 km, you will find supermarkets for groceries. The town center of Cecina and the seabeach in Cecina are 5 km away. You may have unlimited fun and experience the streetscape here. This farmhouse has paid central heating for comfort when its cold outside. In the shared furnished garden, you can enjoy delicious home-cooked meals. Children can play around here. Evenings can be enjoyed with a hot barbecue and local wine. Parking and table tennis table are available.
