This holiday apartment is in a semi-detached house in Feltre, in the Dolomites of Belluno. The property is surrounded by a large, unfenced and unsecured garden and is ideal for groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays together but without compromising their privacy: on the ground floor is a two bedroom apartment and a spacious kitchen, ideal to have meals all together; upstairs there is an open space living area with kitchen and bathroom, which is accessible via a separate entrance. The house offers a large sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There are plenty of opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts: the Feltre ice rink is only 4 km away, and the ski resort of Monte Avena (ski alpine, cross-country skiing and Telemark) is 15 km away. Nearby also the ski resorts of Nevegal (40 km), Falcade Passo San Pellegrino (70 km), Monte Civetta (60 km) and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The Marmolada, the highest summit in the Dolomites, is 70 km away, here you can take the funicular up to 3250m and admire the incredible view. It is also an ideal summer destination: hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and trail riding. On the lake of Santa Croce you can go windsurfing and kite surfing; In Borso del Grappa (40 km) you have the possibility of hang gliding and paragliding. If you do not want to do without a relaxing day at the beach, there are the enchanting beaches of the Adriatic Sea at a distance of 100 km. You can take romantic walks along the banks of the many mountain lakes, The Lago del Corlo (18 km) or the Lago del Mis (25 km). If you want to visit the art cities and historical hamlets of the area, you should definitely go to Bassano del Grappa (46 km) with its wooden Ponte degli Alpini, Treviso (60 km) with its ancient portico, or Trento (82 km) with its castle. The access to the house is via a 100 m long dirt road. The landlord lives in the other half of the building.
