This villa was built recently with minimalist finishes, located in the wonderful village of Alaró, near the Sierra Tramontana.

From this floor you have direct access to the large terrace / solarium, where you will find the 10x5 m swimming pool. and 1.9 m. of depth. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a Jacuzzi. The building is surrounded by a large garden with trees, shrubs and grass. They can also enjoy a barbecue.

On the upper floor are the 4 bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite, the other bedroom with two single beds and bathroom and two more bedrooms with two single beds and a shared bathroom.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range and is ideal for nature lovers and mountains. Alaró is famous for its castle that can be visited through a good footpath. Apart from this, the area is ideal for cycling or walking. You can visit the village of Orient, the Carthusian monastery of Valldemossa or the picturesque village of Deià. In Alaró there is a grocery store, restaurants and cafes.

As for the beaches, you can choose from sandy beaches in the south, such as Palma beach, or rocky bays of the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia. By car you can reach the southwest side and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
