1 Nant y Glyn is a lovely little house on a quiet road in the pretty village of Eglwysbach, Conwy Valley. This light and bright semi detached cottage is perfect for a family looking to get away from it all but have a lots to do right from the doorstep. This cottage has lots of character and is also steeped in history, with locals fondly referring to it as ‘The Music House’ once belonging to the music teacher in the village. The owners of 1 Nant y Glyn, have gone to great effort to ensure guests will enjoy a restful and comfortable stay here. Small and perfectly formed, 1 Nant y Glyn is a super choice for a holiday!



Situated in the picture postcard village of Eglwysbach, 1 Nant y Glyn is just over the road from a fine eatery and pub called ‘The Bee’, which tends to attract couples and families so you don't need to worry about being so close to the pub as it is a quiet countryside style place! I would especially recommend the Sunday lunches here! In fact, new for 2018 they serve take away fish & chips on Saturday evenings so you can pick some up on arrival and not have to think about cooking! Bodnant Gardens, a world famous botanical attraction is just 5 minutes in the car, as well as the newly constructed Surf Snowdonia which is drawing international interest for this unique artificial surf park. The joy of this part of the world is that there is much to do, but if you are looking to relax and do nothing, then there are beaches, relaxing walks and many quiet places to go and recharge your batteries if you can bring yourself to leave the comforts of your fab cottage!



Bedrooms: Two beautifully presented bedrooms upstairs, one double and a bunk room.



Bathrooms: One upstairs bathroom with loo, basin and bath with glass shower enclosure attached.



Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. There is door leading into the enclosed garden.



Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests. Open plan living with dining area. There is a log burner in this room, (logs sold locally) making it cosy no matter what the weather.



Dining: Dining area is open plan with the sitting room providing enough dining space for all guests.



Garden: Enclosed garden to the rear of the house with a table and chairs and tasteful artificial grass to provide nice green lawns al year round.



Heating: Oil central heating and a log burner.

Good to know: High chair and travel cot available

Parking: Parking for one car outside the house.
