In the immediate vicinity there are many walking possibilities, such as the park 'Parque Natural das Serras the Aire e Candeeiros' at +/- 25km. The historic town of Obidos and the famous pilgrimage Fatima are within a half hour drive. For golf lovers there are about five World Class golf courses to be found in the vicinity.
