Description

This 5-bedroom holiday home in Pescia rests on a large estate with a private swimming pool. You can enjoy an exotic vacation here with your large family or group having up to 10 persons. Set upon the green hills of Malocchio, the accommodation overlooks a beautiful valley. In the charming village, you can run all your daily errands. Restaurants to eat out when you don't cook are 3 km away. The town center with the supermarkets rests at 5 km. At 10 km, you have Montecatini Terme, with healing waters and the most famous spa in Europe. Day trips to the cities of Lucca at 18 km, Pisa at 40 km, and Florence at 50 km are easily possible. The holiday home has central heating for comfort. You have access to a large garden with several terraces to relax outdoors after coming back from excursions or activities. In the evenings, you can gather around the barbecue with glasses of wine. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free. The swimming pool is open from the 1st of June and closes on the 30th of September. The use of the pool outside this period has an additional cost of 70 euros, on request.
