Villa Rosemary is a very light and modern two bedroom villa built to a high specification. It has a private infinity pool and views over the west coast to the sea. It is situated on the old (upper) road from Magazia to Gaios so is easily accessible without negotiating bumpy tracks. The villa is within walking distance of 3-4 local bars/tavernas and, being centrally located on the island, is under 10 minutes' drive to the three coastal villages of Gaios, Loggos and Lakka.

Surrounded by extensive terraces to either sit and soak up the sun, enjoy a meal from the barbecue under a shady tree or a drink on starlit evening, Villa Rosemary makes the most of every opportunity for outdoor living. The infinity pool is 8m x 5m and offers a great alternative to a day at the beach.

The interior of the villa comprises a large open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area with three sets of patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace. Immediately outside the kitchen doors is an outside dining area with table and chairs.

There are two steps down from the living room to the two air-conditioned bedrooms and bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and patio doors onto the terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and views over the garden. There is also a further shower room allowing each bedroom to have use of its own bathroom facilities.

Property rental includes "Meet and Greet" from port on Paxos and welcome hamper. Transfers and car hire can also be arranged if required.
