The property also boasts a games room complete with a pool table, table football and a large wall-mounted TV to enjoy whatever the weather, with a second snug room also giving the option for a quiet time away from everyone if needed. Briar House can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests across 5 bedrooms, one of which is set on the ground floor and has its own en-suite facilities, the ideal choice for the less mobile.
For fun-filled days out, travel to Rutland Water to the west, or Stamford to the south, both great locations with so much to see and do. The Norfolk Coast is about 90 minutes away to the east, a wonderfully picturesque area, while nearby Grantham offers all the amenities you could wish for during your stay. There are good walks and popular cycle routes to be enjoyed straight from the door, along winding country lanes with good village pubs along the way, where you can stop off for a refreshing drink or a bite to eat. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 3¼ miles.
