Villa Candela is a rural holiday accommodation located in Ingenio, in the southeast of Gran Canaria with capacity to accommodate up to 13 people and access to a magnificent private pool.

This beautiful rural villa integrated into its surroundings, consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people, and on the same 900 square meter plot there is also an additional apartment for 4 people.
The main house, laid out in one storey, can accommodate up to 9 people. In this main part of Villa Candela we find three bedrooms with air conditioning; one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a third with a bunk bed that also becomes a trundle bed and can accommodate 3 people, a sofa bed in the living roomas well as two full bathrooms with shower.
It has a very well equipped kitchen with oven, utensils, toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Likewise, you will be able to benefit from a dining area and a living room, equipped with Smart TV, with satellite channels and internet connection throughout the whole house.
At Villa Candela, you will be able to enjoy a wonderful semi-covered terrace, set up for outdoor meals, with its own outdoor kitchen equipped with a built-in barbecue, fridge, dining area, and everything you need to get the most out of your group vacation or as a family on the island of Gran Canaria.
On the same plot there is an additional apartment with capacity for 4 people, which has a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed for two people. In addition, this apartment has a kitchen and bathroom with a separate shower, which gives it an air of privacy with respect to the main house.

Conditions
ATTENTION: Please note the main house can host up to 9 guests (2 of them sleepìng on the sofa in the living room). The secondary building can only be opened for occupancies of 9 to 13 guests. Should you wish to have the secondary building opened with an occupancy lower than 10 guests, please note the prices will be applied according to the 10-13 guests occupancy.
** No parties or events are allowed.
** Guests must pay a deposit of 1'000.00 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after departure and inspection of damage.
** Late Check in available and on request carries the following charges:
Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
