The spacious living area opens onto a sunny courtyard garden, the perfect spot for a lazy breakfast whilst you plan your day exploring this stunning location. Situated on the owners’ small holding where tame deer are reared and you are welcome to join them in a deer walk, by arrangement, or help feed the ducks, chickens, guinea pigs and wallabies! The owners also offer carp fishing on their pond (by arrangement with the owner).
The beaches at Exmouth, Branscombe and Beer are close by and it is just a little further up the coast to the world-renowned Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis. The wild beauty of Dartmoor and Exmoor are easily accessible with their wide open spaces and spectacular views, ideal for nature lovers and walkers. The vibrant cathedral and university city of Exeter is just 12 miles, and for family fun, Crealy Adventure Park and Go Ape Forest Adventure are close by. From sleepy market towns to miles and miles of coastline which is much loved by surfers, swimmers, families and walkers, this stunning location has something for everyone. 4 steps in the garden. There is a fenced pond in the grounds, 20 yards away. Natural water supply from a bore hole. The property is situated on a small hoding therefore pets must be kept on a lead and children must be supervised at all times. Carp fishing on site, by arrangement with the owner. Bedroom 1 and 2 have zip and link beds which can be converted into doubles or singles on request.
