Villa Cerreta is a luxurious villa located near Londa, a small village in the Mugello area.
Surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, the property boasts a large terrace with dining table, breakfast tables, sun loungers and a parasol. From the terrace you can admire a splendid panorama of the surrounding countryside.
Next to the villa you will find a wonderful infinity pool (11 x 5.5 m), surrounded by greenery, open from May to September (depending on weather conditions). The swimming pool, which can be accessed by some Roman steps, has a paved terrace with deck chairs and parasols, and an outdoor shower.
At a lower level of the garden there is a spacious porch equipped with a dining table for 6 people and a lounge area with wicker armchairs, ideal spot for relaxing while admiring the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
Please note that the owners live in the villa situated next to Villa Cerreta. However Villa Cerreta is totally independent and has a private entrance, garden and swimming pool.

Villa Cerreta is located in the countryside of Londa, in the Mugello area.
The nearest village is Londa (4 km) where you will find a small supermarket, a grocery store, a bar and a couple of restaurants, while all the essential services are available in the villages of Dicomano (9 km) and Rufina (11 km).
Rufina has been the land of wine par excellence for centuries. The composition of the soil and the climate are the basis of one of the most fragrant Chianti wines that has obtained the DOCG (Controlled and Guaranteed Denomination of Origin) "Chianti Rufina". The Old Wine Road of Chianti Rufina and Pomino (the oldest road in Tuscany as well as in Italy) was born right here, among these hills. The Road allows you to visit local wineries, discovering the beauties of the territory.
Dicomano is an old village that originally was founded and inhabited by the Etruscans, in fact there are many buildings and artifacts belonging to their time.
Florence is easily accessible by car (40 km) or by the useful train service both from Dicomano and Rufina that will take you into the city centre.
In the surrounding territory you will also find lovely medieval villages such as: Vicchio, Borgo San Lorenzo and Pontassieve.
For sports lovers, just 45 minutes away you can reach the Mugello International Circuit and the Bilancino Lake (where you can practice several water sports).

The property (215 sqm), spread over 2 floors and tastely furnished, can accommodate up to 6 people for a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a large and bright living room, furnished with two sofas, table and an impressive fireplace. Next to the living room is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, toaster, dishwasher and microwave). All these rooms have direct access to the garden through French windows.
Also on this level you will find a double bedroom (bed is not divisible) and a bathroom (with shower and double sinks).
First floor: The upper floor, reached by climbing some stairs, consists of a living area furnished with a sofa, armchairs, dining table and TV. From here you can directly access the large furnished terrace.
Next there is a double bedroom (with a non-divisible bed and direct access to the terrace) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds that cannot be joined).
A bathroom with shower makes the rest of this floor.

Going up an internal spiral staircase you can reach an attic room furnished with a double bed (not divisible) and a small balcony.
Guests are welcome to use all beds and rooms within the villa, but we must emphasize that the maximum occupancy of the villa must not exceed 6 people.

Elegant villa with infinity pool situated near Londa, in the Mugello area. It boasts a well-kept garden, a furnished terrace and outdoor dining area.
Ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a holiday in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, without sacrificing comforts.
