The villa is located on a farm of 8 acres on the island of Evia, only 2 hours from Athens by car via the bridge of Chalkida.
The stunning views and the utter tranquility offer unforgettable moments of enjoyment and relaxation from the panoramic terraces and the infinity pool that joins the skyline.
The spot is a focal point because it is close to the most beautiful beaches of Central Aegean, such as Stomio, Mourteri, Korasida, Kalamos, Kymi, Agios Merkourios, Thapsa, Tsilero, and others.
"Villa Melilofos Panorama" are the upper two floors of Villa Melilofos and is an autonomous maisonette with independent entrance. The tenants have the exclusive use of the maisonette and its three verandas.
On the raised ground floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a Smart TV and a sofa that becomes 2 single beds, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two terraces with sets of industrial furnitures table benches and chairs.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with a set of table and benches.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs.
Our philosophy is to reduce the ecological and energy footprint.
Thus, energy needs are met by renewable energy sources, photovoltaic systems and wind turbines.
The tenants of the maisonette have the right to use the outdoor areas, as well as the guests of a small studio and the two owners who live on the farm, namely:
-The pool with sunbeds.
-The patio-grill in which there is a gas grill, a cylinder smoker and a seating area.
-The seating area around the pond.
-The rock garden.
-The car park.
The microclimate is mild, providing coolness in the summer making adequate use of ceiling fans.
Minors use the pool only with the guidance, supervision and responsibility of their guardians.
The villa is connected to the main boulevard by a 250-meter dirt road.
In the surrounding area there are many springs, rivers with plane trees, Byzantine churches, monasteries, medieval monuments, the well known source of the Colethra, wildlife refuge, the Oxylithus hill with panoramic views of the Aegean, the port of Kimi and many other sights we can suggest to you.
The surrounding area offers horse riding (surcharge), water sports facilities, organized climbers.
The area is ideal for walks in nature and day trips to the archaeological site of Eretria, Delphi and elsewhere.
