Historic villa built in the second half of the 19th century, located on the hills of Lastra a Signa, just 20 minutes from Florence.
Surrounded by 7 hectares of park with olive trees and vines, the villa boasts a well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, and a panoramic terrace with amazing views over the Tuscan countryside and the city of Florence with its Cathedral.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find two gazebos used as lounge and dining areas (with table for 12 people), ideal for alfresco meals while admiring the surrounding landscape.
There is also a beautiful pool (10.6 x 5 meters), equipped with sun loungers and external shower with hot/cold water.
Internal Description
Spread over 3 floors (one of which is an attic), Villa Colomba is furnished in a typical-late-19th century-Tuscan-style with period furniture. It can accommodate up to 13 people for a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Pets are allowed on request. The property has Internet Wifi. Air conditioning is only available in the dining room and in all bedrooms.
For any kind problems, two house keepers are at guests' disposal.
The bedrooms are divided as follows: a suite with double bed, 2 double bedrooms (that can be converted into twins), 1 bedroom with French bed, 1 twin bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. Moreover, on request it is possible to add an extra single bed inside a bedroom.
There are 5 internal bathrooms: one in the suite, one with shower and bathtub, two with shower and a toilet. Then there are also two external bathrooms near the pool area.
The living area consists of: a large living room with sofas and fireplace, a dining room, a sitting room with sofas and tv, and a games room in the attic floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: hob, oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas and electricity); welcome basket; weekly linen change; house, garden and pool maintenance; housekeepers on site.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (€350.00); heating if used (€450.00 per week); transfer service from the airport and other extra services on request.
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
