Please note that due to very limited medical facilities on Antigua, we are currently only booking fully vaccinated guests.
Situated on the water in the Verandah Estates, Antigua (adjacent to the Verandah Resort and Spa) our beach home is approximately 4,500 sq. ft, furnished tastefully, with breath-taking views of the Island and the Caribbean waters. This 4 year old home is on two floors, with each floor containing 2 bedrooms (all four bedrooms have en-suite bath) , powder room, spacious and comfortably furnished living room, and dining room with seating for 8 (indoors). 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is an additional single daybed in the downstairs master bedroom. The house was completed in 2017 and features beautiful gourmet kitchens on both levels with top-quality stainless steel appliances, corian countertops and custom cabinets. Amenities include a large sundeck off the upper kitchen and livingroom, television (streaming service only) wifi, sonos speakers, tropical garden, detached garage, gas barbecue, and a gorgeous infinity pool. The covered patio adjacent to the pool has outdoor dining seating 10 persons and a refreshing outdoor shower
