Villa Esmeralda is a charming and bright two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Esmeralda you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Esmeralda is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Mazara del Vallo, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), a grocery store at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Esmeralda from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 12 steps.
To stay at Villa Esmeralda you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.50 meters (8 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 240.00;electricity over 300 kWh per week according to consumption EUR 0.40/kWh.Available for a fee, if desired:chef/cook;pets. Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 1500 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by awnings and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs and with a table, chairs, a sun lounger and an hammock. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are elegant and bright, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas, armchairs and a desk. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window, as well as a large window.
Living Room 2
You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and elegant, and include suspended chandeliers. The furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will find and a small wood-fired pizza oven. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room through an arched opening, climbing three steps. It is equipped with a cooker with four gas burners and a two-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower, a jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through a corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a chaise longue. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a wood bench. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
