Description
Villa 63 is lovely and airy property with wonderful views to the golf course and Mount Teide. The interior is nicely appointed for a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Relax at your own private bar. The villa is also wheelchair friendly so the bedrooms and bathrooms facilities are fully handicap accessible. Parking is limited and must be reserved.
Bedroom one (1) has a king size bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, windows with shutters and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower.
Bedroom two (2) is nice size bedroom with two (2) twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, windows with shutters, a TV, DVD player and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three (3) is a nice corner room that has a day bed that sleeps two. During the day, it can be used as an additional living area.
Bathroom two (2) is very spacious. The shower has a soothing fixed rain shower head plus a hand held shower head.
Bathroom Three (3) Is also a full bathroom with a shower.
The terrace is partially enclosed to provide a lovely dining area that boasts a gorgeous wood ceiling. This dining area/conservatory room has a table with four (6) chairs which is extendable and has panoramic views over the golf course.
Galley-style kitchen which is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the kitchen a door leads into the conservatory. The lounge is a comfortable open-plan living area with a three (4) seater corner sofa, plus 2 reclining arm chairs, flat screen TV and coffee table. The living room extends out into the conservatory.
Outside there is a terrace larger than most, with views over the golf course and Mount Teide. There are 4 loungers for relaxing in the Tenerife sun. There are a couple of outdoor tables with comfortable seating for 6 people.
Retractable washing line is also present for longer stays. There is a section of the terrace which is secluded for private sunbathing, providing some welcome shade in the late afternoon.
