It consists of two separate accommodation units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, ideal for two families with children. The large garden has a swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered balcony with a dining table, a children's playground, a barbecue and several parking spaces. Numerous cycling and hiking trails pass close to the house. The area is famous for its white truffles, which can be tasted in all the nearby restaurants. The owners produce untreated organic vegetables, peeled tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, sweet potatoes and more which guests can taste.
