The villa is accessed from a closed street via a gate. The property has a large porch overlooking the garden where you can dine outdoors.
The enchanting infinity pool is equipped with sun loungers, covered showers and a heating system to enjoy a pleasant swim even in winter.
The interior furnishings are characterized by a modern and minimal style.
The entrance to the villa is in an open space room where there is the dining room, sitting room with TV corner, fireplace and a beautiful modern and equipped kitchen.
A corridor leads to the bedrooms on both sides, all equipped with private bathroom and air conditioning/heating.
There is also a technical room used as a laundry.
Through an external staircase you reach a terrace overlooking the sea with jacuzzi and hydromassage(at request with extra payment).
The entire property is rented for exclusive use without any sharing area.
