Panoramic villa with garden on the hill of Terrasini/Partinico (Pa). The villa is accessible from a private road which only serves a few other villas nearby. The villa is very quiet and is only 800 meters away. from the sea.

Space
The Villa is located about 100 m. above sea level and is surrounded by the greenery of a hill full of vegetation, away from city traffic. It is located close to the most renowned tourist centers (Terrasini, Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo, Segesta). Surrounded by rustic countryside where you can find shepherds producing cheese with sheep and buffalo milk. Furthermore, nearby it is possible to go to farmers who grow organic products of the land or to fishermen at the port of Trappeto. It is very quiet and well ventilated even in summer. From the terrace above the central villa you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Gulf of Castellammare. It is ideal for a healthy holiday and offers the double advantage of enjoying a clean, blue and transparent sea and spending hours of true relaxation in the coolness of the countryside, in the name of tranquility. The villa includes a large central house with two double bedrooms and two outbuildings at the rear. In the main house there are two single sofa beds. Each annex has a double bed. It is independent and equipped with a mini fridge. The rooms are equipped with comfortable latex mattresses and wooden slatted bases that ensure comfort and hygiene. Everything is surrounded by a well-kept garden. The outdoor kitchen, available to guests, is equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue and is shared by the Dependances. The square in front of the outdoor kitchen is equipped with an outdoor lounge and a table for 15 people. The table is covered by a gazebo.

Access for guests
The guest living room is provided throughout the villa for exclusive use, with double beds and private bathrooms with shower. If necessary, the beds can become two singles. Other things to keep in mind
For those who wish to take a fantastic tour of Sicily, from the villa you can reach all the most famous seaside resorts such as: Scopello and its popular 'Faraglioni', San Vito lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve. Places of greatest tourist interest such as: Erice, Segesta and Selinunte with their majestic Greek temples. The Egadi islands are also a few kilometers away; driving for just 45 minutes you can in fact take the hydrofoil from the port of Trapani. Furthermore, the villa is located less than 8 km from Terrasini, a very beautiful fishing village, with nice shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. The town of Terrasini (8 km.) is one of the places with the greatest tourist attraction in Sicily.
On the Ciammarita beach which is exactly one km away, it is possible to do various water sports including: wind surfing, kite surfing, canoeing. Within 20 km. there are several beaches and places with rocks to go swimming.
