Is eco friendly, cool inside also when outside is hot: roofs and walls very thermally insulated, there is AIR CONDITIONING but you won't need it. High pine trees makes the air very oxygenated and fresh. Pool salt water without adding chemicals. Situated in Balestrate, Palermo area, near splendid beaches and archaeological sites. It has a PRIVATE large (meters 12 x 6 meters) salt water pool and NATURAL CHLORINE (NON-CHEMICAL!), Is new and ideal for individual families and large groups. A total garden of 3500 sqm. Two high chair and 2 baby cots (for free) are also available.
Consists of 4 cozy apartments. It is composed of 4 comfortable units (total 400 sqm., 10 bedrooms, 6 fully equipped bathrooms, 2 showers outdoor) distributed in a flowered and wooded garden a large 3300 sq.m.
Each unit has separate entrance, privates bathroom, terrace/s and use of own area barbecue under gazebo or patio between high pines, lemons, peaches and apricot trees.
They have in common only the large pool (meters 12 x 6) and a very large parking area. For all units are guaranteed the maximum of privacy and tranquility.
In every season you will have totally organic vegetables that you can collect personally.
