Each bedroom is equipped with large double beds, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The villa has a total of 7 air conditioners, ensuring comfort throughout the year. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.

The villa has 3 fully equipped kitchens inside, two of which feature dishwashers. The kitchens include a fridge, microwave, freezer, and coffee machine, and there is an additional kitchen next to the outdoor pool, which is fully equipped except for a dishwasher.
