On ground floor there is a living room with dining room and kitchen; a staircase without handrail leads to the 1st floor with 1double bedroom with bathroom (shower) and access to the garden, 2 twin bedded rooms and one single bedroom. This charming property is surrounded by a 500 m² plot. The location is ideal to organize trips to Camogli (5 km), S. Margherita Ligure and Rapallo (11 km), Portofino (17 km) and Genova (24 km). There are ferryboats leaving from Recco to visit San Fruttuoso, where the submerged bronze statue of Jesus Christ (Cristo degli abissi) is to be seen. The house is reached via a stone staircase. A railway line hidden by trees runs ca. 200 m (linear distance) underneath the house. Arrivals are possible only between 4 pm - 8 pm.
