Description

On entering the villa you will walk through large glass doors to a cosy and welcoming living area. You will see the large 55m2 private swimming pool. Spacious deck with a lounge, plenty of sun loungers and parasols around the pool. An outside bar, professional fridge and built-in BBQ to enjoy warm summer evenings. The villa has 3 levels. On the middle floor: spacious living area, a dining area for 10 and a fully-equipped kitchen, a veranda with a lounge corner and an outside dining area for 12. Lower floor: 2 double bedrooms (one of them with an extra single bed), a twin bedroom and a large bathroom. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and a large private terrace with the most peaceful views over the olive groves. Cleaning service before arrival and after departure, and a mid stay clean (only when staying 10 nights or longer) are included in the rental price. An additional clean can be booked prior to an arrival at an additional charge. The villa is an ideal venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Please note that an additional event charge is € 750,- per event. The owner has to pre-approve the event. All events should not exceed 60 guests.

Specifics
• Reservations for groups of persons under 24 years of age are not permitted
• Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government. Please do check the restrictions again shortly before departure as the COVID-restrictions change over time.
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• Please note that most countries and/or areas have COVID-19 measures in place. We advise you to take this into account when booking your holiday home since a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel the booking free of charge.
