If you need to cool down, use the pool and then warm up on one of the loungers on the sun terrace. A pretty outdoor kitchen also invites you to take as many meals as possible outside. You can park your rental car directly at the house.

In keeping with the rural atmosphere, your holiday home is also classically designed on the inside - typical Mallorca! Lots of wood in the form of window and door frames, impressive natural stone elements and pleasantly cool tiled floors form a beautiful setting for rustic furniture and carefully selected home accessories, inviting and cosy. The overall atmosphere here is wonderfully warm - a place to feel at home. On the ground floor are the open-plan living and dining area and the adjoining kitchen, which is only visually separated by a counter. Those who want to retreat go to the double bedroom with a large window facing the garden and a separate area for sitting. A spacious bathroom is located right next door. You reach the upper floor via the stone staircase. Here you will not only find two more discreetly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom, but also a fitness room with exercise bike and table tennis table.
